Dr. Michael A. White Dr. White grew up in Lake Jackson, Texas. He received two
B.S. degrees from Texas A & M University, one in biomedical science
in 1975 and one in veterinary science in 1978. He received his D.V.M.
degree in 1979, also from Texas A&M University. All three
degrees were received with honors. Dr. White owned
a veterinary practice in Tyler, Texas from 1979 to 1993, when he
took a position with the Texas Department of Health in Tyler as the
Regional Zoonosis Control Veterinarian. During his 6 years
with the TDH, Dr. White served as regional epidemiologist and was
instrumental in the deployment of the Oral Rabies Vaccination
Program in South and West-Central Texas. He received his
M.S. degree from The University of Texas at Tyler shortly after
returning to private practice in October, 1999. In May, 2001,
Dr. White took over the ownership of All Caring Animal
Clinic. He is joined by his wife, Frances, and his twin
daughters, Dara and Mandy. His genuine love and care for
animals, along with his extensive experience in diagnostic and
surgical procedures, makes him the perfect choice as your
pet's veterinarian.

Dr. Lori
Winkler Dr. Winkler
grew up in Winters, Texas. She attended Tarleton State
University prior to entering veterinary school at Texas A&M
University. After completing her Doctorate in Veterinary
Medicine, she worked at a mixed animal practice in Comanche for one
year. She moved to San Angelo in July 2004 and currently
practices at three local clinics, All Caring Animal Clinic, San
Angelo Veterinary hospital, and Southside Animal Hospital, where
she has a special interest in internal medicine. Dr. Winkler
and her husband, Davy, have 2 dogs, Brittany and Midnite.
